I joined the July AI Brain webinar, and I've sat through enough “AI will change everything” webinars to be immune to the phrase. This one was different. No fads, no jargon, no promising the moon; just a working thing you walk away with and actually use straight away. I came in a sceptic. I left with an assistant that knows my business. Make what you will of that.
I attended the webinar expecting a big sales pitch and not much delivery. I was wrong. What I got was a useable AI brain with a thorough explanation of how to implement. I have used it every day since and it has made a massive difference to my productivity. Maya and Scout are my hardest workers, with Leo right behind. I have added to them with Quinn and Bruno. I never thought I'd be capable of building my own agents. Cannot thank you enough Kieren.
I've done plenty of AI webinars before and often came away more confused than when I started. I couldn't make the live session, but the recording and setup instructions were excellent and easy to follow. What really stood out was the support — I had a few questions while getting everything set up and Kieren replied straight away, including at 9pm on a Friday night! The first thing I got Claude to do was review my Google Drive folder structure. Then came the magic. I said “go for it” and it did. It reorganised folders, moved files, and put everything into a logical structure that actually makes sense.
That was one of the most professional and thorough classes I've attended. I teach AI skills to others in my industry and I find it challenging to present a technical topic at some of the venues I've presented at. I learned so much from you today, sir!
Kieren was patient, explained everything clearly with examples and did very well to talk at the right technical level for all participants, whether they were novices or more experienced. He had lots of helpful advice on other tools to use to make your life easier. I have just started to implement the changes and already I am saving time.
